REGISTER
WITH THE PRACTICE?
To register with our practice, you will be asked to complete a registration form
and attend a new patient medical with our practice nurses. Patients who do not
attend a new patient medical will not be registered. We have an open list and
patients moving within our set boundary are free to register.
You will
be registered with one doctor but may consult any doctor in the practice. We do,
however, ask you to see the same doctor for the duration of a particular illness
or problem. For your benefit we feel it is important for all members of a household
to be registered with the same practice.
Patients requiring a chaperone
during any consultation should speak to the doctor/nurse and this can be arranged.
